  • The STC Audit & Conseil (Audit & Consulting) firm was founded in 1947 and is located in Tourcoing, just 10 kilometres north of Lille in Northern France. The firm also has a branch office in Valenciennes (Nord).

    The Firm is run by four Chartered Accountants and Statutory Auditors: Valérie Boudoul-Schatteman, Henri Delezenne, Achille Samyn and Marc Windal.

    It is specialised in providing management support to SMEs and SMIs with a clientele comprising businesses situated in Northern France in the retailing, manufacturing, services to industry and craft businesses sectors.

    Due to its location just one kilometre from the Belgian border and within easy reach for the Netherlands, Germany and the United Kingdom, the Firm has acquired an in-depth experience of internationally-focused SMEs and SMIs and, among its client base, it works alongside a host of branches offices and subsidiaries owned by foreign companies.
